Day 11 of Treatment

I received my daily IV Vitamin C and K and IV Ozone. I also spent an hour in the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber. My second Insulin Potentiated Therapy (IPT) was administered. To recap what IPT is: this therapy uses insulin and a chemotherapy drug. Cancer cells have highly active insulin receptors. IPT works on the cell membranes and allows chemotherapy to target cancer cells, and because of the insulin, the amount of chemotherapy needed is greatly reduced, meaning less sides effects. With this low dose chemotherapy, hair loss is not a side effect. I like to wear a cold cap during treatment just to be extra cautious, but also I have been getting migraines from the treatments so the cold cap helps with this as well. I have been really tired this week, with some nausea; and the headache won’t go away, but I know with treatment; there will be many ups and downs. I do have days when I feel sad. I miss simple things like having my favorite pasta dish with my family or enjoying an ice cream cone with my son. I wonder if the treatments are working. In my moments of sadness, I pray to God. I then remember that I must put all my trust in God. God has my back!!! I have been watching The Chosen. I highly recommend watching this series about Jesus. It is amazing and can really give you Hope. “Even when I must walk through the darkest valley, I fear no danger; for you are with me; your rod and your staff reassure me.” Psalms 23:4

  1. Week 2 completed! Yes! Soon these three weeks will be in the rear view mirror and then we’ll take the next step. Good Job, Angela!

  2. You’re right about keeping your focus on God because when all is said and done it is Him who has all our backs. We subscribe to Pure Flix and I always see “The Chosen” as a choice although I didn’t know what it was. We’ll have to tune in to that. Thanks for the tip. I continue to pray for you daily Angela.

    1. Nancy-
This is Angela’s dad. WATCH THE CHOSEN!!!!! The way they portrayed Jesus was in incredible, replete with warmth, affection, and a great sense of humor! And the rooftop conversation between Jesus and Nicodemus made me a Believer 1,000 percent!
